Return Policy

Didn't Work? Not Happy? That's okay!

Nolafrique accepts returns for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that once you try on or wear your head wrap, it's yours to keep. This helps us ensure that return items are hygienic.

Within 24 hours of receiving the purchase, send an email to  info@nolafrique.com explaining the reason you are wanting to make an return. Once approved, we'll provide details on where to send your return. Mail the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving an approval.  There are two choices for shipping: you can choose to cover the postage for your return order or you can request a shipping label for your return order. Shipping will be deducted from your return credit. 

We only accept returns that have been pre- approved. Head wraps submitted for return that have been worn, washed or tried on will be rejected and returned. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. After return order is received by Nolafrique, please allow 2-3 business days for refund or store credit.
